The Walnut Valley Women's Club is dedicated to improving the lives of those in need, with a special focus on providing donations for veterans. Our mission is to offer resources and support to underserved communities and individuals, prioritizing our veterans. In February 2026, we will be delivering essential items to the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. Our Veterans Project Chairperson actively purchases much-needed items throughout the year and distributes them during this initiative in February and March.
A growing number of veterans are now among the homeless population, highlighting the urgent need for donations for veterans in the form of one-person tents, sleeping bags, and large blankets. The Walnut Valley Women's Club is actively involved in this veterans project, supporting these essential efforts. Each item ranges in price from $30 to $50.
Make a donation for veterans by mailing a check to the Walnut Valley Women's Club at P.O. Box 563, Walnut CA 91788. You can also conveniently send your contribution via Zelle. Additionally, feel free to purchase items to give to the Veteran Chairperson for distribution, supporting our veterans project. Remember, donating your time is another valuable way to contribute.

Toothpaste and toothbrushes for personal care, along with shampoo and hairbrushes, are essential items included in the donation for veterans. Additionally, we aim to provide hand lotion and deodorants for both women and men through this veterans project, which is supported by the Walnut Valley Women's Club. Furthermore, women's and men's socks are also part of our efforts to support those who have served.
