All our Walnut Valley Women's Club members are superstars. Each year, our Club selects 3 outstanding individuals whose service reflects the heart of our mission and the values of the San Gabriel Valley Districe (SGVD), California Federation of Women’s Clubs (CFWC) and the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC). Distric honors at:

Enza Boucher has contributed to the community for many years by working behind the scenes at Pomona Valley Hospital--assisting patients and visiting families, offering warmth, campassion, and hearfelt support. An honor long overdue.

Club Member of the Year 2025

Donna Peterson Fostered a sense of community among our members and lead us to help those in need during a disaster.

She is also chairwoman of our active military committee, giving support to the Bob Hope USO Ontario, and serves on many other committees. She’s unlikely to be equaled.

Club Citizen of the Year 2025

Linda Freedman is a role model of public service. As a teacher, she inspired her students. One of which went on to hold public office. Thanks to her, Walnut’s pickleball courts and attractive walking trails provide healthy activities. She is currently serving on the City of Walnut's City Council.
