Our district honors include the Kindness Angel award at the Luncheon in February and the Club Member & Citizen of the Year at the SGVD Convention in April.

Donna Peterson has fostered a sense of community among our members at the Walnut Valley Women's Club, guiding us in our community service efforts to assist those in need during a disaster. As the chairwoman of our active military committee, she supports the Bob Hope USO Ontario and participates in numerous other committees. Her dedication to kindness awards and service is truly unmatched.
Citizen of the Year 2026
Sharon Altman tirelessly contributes to community service efforts. As the leader of the Walnut Valley Women's Club, she also serves as an officer on the Queen of the Valley Auxiliary, dedicating several hours each week to manage the gift shop. Additionally, her kindness has earned her recognition through local kindness awards, and she volunteers at the Diamond Bar Public Library.
